I am not sure at all why this location has bad reviews. I have visited this location for medical care multiple times and have only ever had one very negative experience. Despite this, all the memorable experiences make up for the bad experience that I had. I have seen multiple resident Doctors here, and at first, I had my doubts. When I think of resident Docs, I had the belief that they weren't as knowledgeable as Doctors with more experience. Almost ALL the residents at this location have proved me seriously wrong. They have all been extremely kind, welcoming, understanding, patient, and make sure that you are completely set before the appointment ends. Despite it getting busy at times, I have received phenomenal care here. I always want to mention the front desk employee, Margaret, who always has a positive attitude and makes you feel welcomed.
